The Ashtabula County Builders Association provides annual Scholarships sponsored each year in conjunction with A-Tech (Ashtabula County Technical & Career Center). A-Tech selects which High School students receive the annual scholarships while the ACBA selects the adult recipients. The ACBA Scholarship Committee consists of Tim Volpone, Amanda Green and Bill Romanko.
